European large-scale functional genomics in the rat for translational research

EURATRANS is a large-scale collaborative project co-funded by the Seventh European Framework Programme (Cooperation programme, section Health). EURATRANS uses the rat as a model system to identify the major functional pathways underlying human inflammatory, cardiovascular and metabolic, and behavioral disorders.
